What you'll do

• Help develop and implement programs for middle and high school students
• facilitate daily clubs and small-group activities
• coordinate service delivery with YMCA management
• monitor enrollment and participation
• support teen recruitment
• maintain program areas and supplies
• complete reporting and tracking
• communicate program concerns.
