Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventive plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs
• respond to resident service requests and work orders
• inspect buildings, units, and grounds
• maintain common areas and exterior grounds
• complete apartment turns and quality checks
• coordinate with vendors and contractors
• maintain records, work orders, and inventory logs
• follow safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies
• participate in scheduled on-call and emergency maintenance coverage.
