What you'll do

• Build recovery-oriented relationships
• support members in articulating wellness goals
• provide trauma-informed, culturally relevant peer support
• facilitate or co-facilitate groups and engagement activities
• share harm-reduction resources and service connections
• document services
• advocate for members
• coordinate initial appointments and provide transportation support when appropriate or requested and available.
