What you'll do

• Oversee water mitigation projects from emergency response through drying and demobilization
• perform or review inspections, moisture mapping, and loss assessments
• set drying plans following IICRC S500
• direct equipment placement, monitoring, and documentation
• supervise, schedule, train, and coach mitigation staff
• manage the on-call and after-hours response rotation
• prepare or review estimates
• maintain complete job files
• monitor budgets and equipment
• communicate with property owners and insurance partners
• coordinate reconstruction handoffs
• support division growth goals.
