Proposal Manager

The Proposal Manager role is remote, supporting Eastern Time business hours, with expected hours of 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET unless otherwise directed. Occasional travel for training or project meetings may be required and is estimated at less than 5% annually. The salary range is $97,900–$140,000 per year. eSimplicity partners with government agencies to develop digital services and solutions. The manager leads proposal development from pre-solicitation planning through final reviews, coordinating capture, business development, solution architecture, writers, program managers, and external partners. The role ensures responses are compliant, compelling, accurate, and aligned with solicitation requirements, supporting the company’s federal business development efforts.

What you'll do

• Support pre-RFP planning, milestone tracking, templates, and strategy sessions
• monitor targeted solicitations
• support white papers, customer meetings, and RFI and Sources Sought responses
• lead the full proposal lifecycle for RFPs and RFQs
• interpret requirements and evaluation criteria
• create schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and storyboards
• coordinate contributors and deadlines
• use approved AI tools and processes
• draft and proofread non-technical content
• lead Pink, Red, and Gold Team reviews
• conduct debriefs and retrospectives
• coordinate proposal oral sessions.
