Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator

The Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator role is onsite across St. Peters and Creve Coeur, Missouri, with the team working three days per week in St. Peters and two days in Creve Coeur. What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and messages
• schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• follow up on missed, cancelled, and overdue appointments
• schedule new patient exams
• fill schedule openings and manage the waitlist
• greet patients and handle check-in and check-out
• maintain accurate patient records
• coordinate with clinical and financial teams.
