What you'll do

• Oversee annual budgets and financial sustainability with Finance Operations
• develop fundraising strategies and donor relationships with Development
• partner with the Management Team on long-term strategy
• serve as a primary spokesperson and represent the organization with partners, coalitions, and media
• lead the executive team and support staff development
• foster an inclusive workplace
• support labor-management relations and collective bargaining agreement compliance
• oversee 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) compliance and board governance
• support organizational risk management.
