The role supports Operation HOPE’s HOPE Program Operations and its mission to advance financial dignity and wellbeing through education, coaching, and resources. The coach helps clients work toward financial goals through individualized guidance, workshops, community referrals, and ongoing progress tracking. The role serves English- and Spanish-speaking clients and maintains accurate records of coaching activity and outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one coaching and personalized action plans
• educate clients on budgeting, debt management, and savings
• facilitate financial literacy workshops
• build relationships with community and bank partners
• track client progress in Dynamics
• connect clients with relevant resources and financial products
• attend community events
• maintain client records and reporting
• serve Spanish-speaking clients.
