What you'll do

• Oversee job posting, sourcing, screening, tracking, and hiring manager support
• help department leaders determine recruitment needs
• attend career fairs and build local partnerships
• maintain compliance logs, reports, and employee files
• provide HR administrative and project support
• maintain Greenhouse and assist hiring managers with system access
• support community outreach, recruitment pipelines, and HR events.
