What you'll do

  • Hold accountability for regional retention, attrition, student experience, program completion, placement, and certification and licensure outcomes
  • provide operational support and guidance to Campus Deans of Academic Affairs
  • implement the enterprise retention framework and ensure early-alert and intervention workflows meet established service-level agreements
  • participate in faculty recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation, and program requirements
  • and promote consistent use of CIS, LMS, SIS, and CRM platforms.
