What you'll do

• Provide individual and group interventions
• conduct cognitive screenings and psychosocial assessments
• assess and document diagnoses and treatment needs
• provide immediate clinical assessment and collaborative care
• follow suicide-prevention and risk-assessment requirements
• provide crisis interventions and management plans
• provide psychotherapy when clinically indicated and therapeutically beneficial
• refer patients to community and government resources
• provide case management
• complete required documentation.
