CNC Machinist

Job overview

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machining equipment
• perform startup, shutdown, and material loading
• change and adjust tooling and fixtures
• inspect parts visually and dimensionally
• complete production records
• escalate malfunctions and discrepancies
• preset tooling and perform preventive maintenance
• adjust machining parameters
• diagnose program alarms
• support process improvements
• train and mentor less experienced team members
• modify part programs and assist with repairs as needed.
