Construction Superintendent – Heavy Highway / Civil

What you'll do

• Own field schedules and work sequencing
• supervise foremen and crews
• partner with the project manager on budgets, cost control, change orders, procurement, and subcontractors
• lead site safety
• ensure contract specifications and QA/QC requirements
• coordinate with owners, engineers, and inspectors
• oversee logistics, reporting, staffing, and preconstruction planning.
