Telecommunications Service Technician, Network Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure and equipment
• support switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls
• diagnose connectivity and performance issues
• perform testing and validation
• assist with network design and implementation
• support upgrades and migrations
• interpret diagrams and technical documentation
• document configurations and completed work
• coordinate with project and field teams
• provide technical guidance
• follow safety and quality standards
• travel to customer locations, including occasional overnight travel.
