What you'll do

• Operate a motor grader to shape surfaces to fine-grade specifications
• perform pre-start checks and routine equipment maintenance
• mix and level materials and shape subgrades, shoulders, and slopes
• use automatic grade control and manual grading techniques
• schedule work and maintain production
• monitor quality against project specifications
• and enforce onsite safety procedures.

Why this role
