Marketing Coordinator

The role maintains accurate, consistent materials and supports the company’s marketing operations through careful publishing, coordination, and follow-through.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update website content and formatting
• publish weekly blog articles
• research and develop content or execute assigned topics
• perform SEO tasks in SEMRUSH, including keyword alignment, audits, internal linking, and post-publication validation
• build and send monthly newsletters in Campaign Monitor
• coordinate internal and client events, gifting, and seasonal campaigns
• track internal milestones
• update office marketing displays
• attend selected events
• complete marketing coordination tasks.
