What you'll do

• Lead general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and financial reporting
• direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• prepare and review financial statements under U.S. GAAP
• maintain controls and procedures
• oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
• partner on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance
• provide technical accounting guidance
• improve processes and systems
• mentor and lead the accounting team
• support ERP and process improvement initiatives.
