What you'll do

• Manage assigned searches from intake through offer and acceptance
• partner with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles
• source, screen, interview, and present candidates
• coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
• build talent pipelines and conduct proactive outreach
• maintain accurate applicant tracking system records
• track recruiting activity and provide updates
• support employer-branding initiatives and identify process improvements.
