The role works with Suterra’s executive, manufacturing, chemical operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance teams to strengthen manufacturing capabilities and support growth. The leader evaluates plant operations and leads measurable improvements in throughput, capacity, yield, quality, reliability, and efficiency. The role develops scalable processes and uses technology, automation, data, and structured problem-solving to help the organization operate and grow effectively.

What you'll do

• Evaluate manufacturing and chemical operations to identify constraints and improvement opportunities
• develop and execute strategies to improve throughput, capacity, yield, quality, reliability, and performance
• identify uses for automation, technology, data, and analytics
• lead cross-functional initiatives from business case through implementation and measurement
• partner on capital investments
• analyze production flow, equipment use, labor, and operating practices
• apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods
• establish performance measures
• develop scalable standards
• coach teams in problem solving and data-driven decisions
• communicate progress and results to executive leadership.
