What you'll do

• Lead card servicing, disputes, portfolio administration, processing, and operational support
• develop Card Services Manager and Card Specialists
• oversee card servicing and vendor performance
• resolve escalated operational issues
• manage portfolio performance and card initiatives
• establish procedures, controls, service levels, reporting, and metrics
• identify process improvements and monitor operational risks.
