What you'll do

• Supervise operational planning

• support service excellence and quality and safety standards
• communicate with leadership, patients, and families
• implement requested call-back systems
• retrieve after-hours medical records
• support auxiliary aids and ADA coordination
• help ensure regulatory reports and procedures are completed
• provide backup coverage as needed.
