Paint Process Technician

The Paint Process Technician role is onsite in Huntsville, AL. Compensation is not specified. The technician prepares and handles parts through paint and coating operations, supporting quality, traceability, safety, and production flow. The role helps ensure components are properly prepared, inspected, documented, and ready for downstream manufacturing work.

What you'll do

• Clean, mask, plug, tape, rack, hang, identify, and mark parts
• inspect surface condition and preparation
• support coating operations and workflow
• monitor for visible defects and report issues
• assist with authorized coating inspections
• segregate nonconforming parts
• maintain consumables and storage
• clean and shut down equipment at shift end
• complete production, inspection, inventory, and housekeeping documentation
• follow work instructions, customer and DoD requirements, and safety procedures.
