What you'll do

• Coordinate room blocks, meeting space, food and beverage, audiovisual needs, and event details
• respond to sales opportunities
• prepare proposals and assist with contracts
• follow up with clients
• conduct site inspections
• identify appropriate services and upsell opportunities
• maintain client records, event documents, correspondence, and deadlines
• communicate booked business to hotel departments.
