What you'll do

• Deliver direct patient care and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff
• collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, MHTs, and interdisciplinary team members
• guide and mentor assigned nursing staff
• monitor vital signs and escalate changes
• participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and treatment planning
• document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• administer medications according to orders and hospital policy
• maintain a safe environment.
