What you'll do

• Provide individualized direct care
• assist with personal care
• support community activities such as bowling, shopping, movies, or exercise
• assist with bathing, toileting, feeding, and dressing
• complete household chores including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• maintain HIPAA compliance
• follow health and safety policies.

Why this role

Part-time schedule is 8–29 hours per week, with every-other-weekend availability required. Shifts may include 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., and other shifts based on program needs. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.
