What you'll do

• Administer and track public incentive agreements
• maintain reporting and compliance calendars
• prepare reports for municipalities and economic development agencies
• track distributions and identify compliance or clawback risks
• maintain audit-ready documentation
• liaise with municipal and agency contacts
• coordinate tax returns, K-1s, extensions, and documentation with the outside CPA
• review outsourced accounting work
• oversee basic cash management and internal controls.
