Job overview

The Manager, Customer Onboarding & Success role is onsite in Burlington, MA, with a base salary range of $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus a performance bonus and benefits. The manager leads onboarding across Enterprise and commercial customers, combining guided technical deployments with digital, scaled programs. The role is intended to help customers reach value quickly, adopt core capabilities, and transition effectively into long-term customer success.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the onboarding team
• set customer outcome, milestone, and exit-criteria accountability
• project-manage technical deployments from post-sale through go-live
• coordinate technical resources, timelines, dependencies, and escalations
• partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support
• design and improve tiered digital and guided onboarding
• monitor engagement, completion, time-to-value, and customer feedback
• establish operating processes and performance reporting.
