IT Support Specialist

This role provides company-wide technology support across affiliated businesses while improving access to reliable operational reporting. It combines end-user troubleshooting and equipment lifecycle support with Power BI and Excel reporting that helps management track performance and make decisions.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and equipment issues
• research, order, configure, install, and maintain IT equipment
• manage inventory, assignments, warranties, repairs, and replacements
• coordinate employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding technology
• assist with employee newsletters and internal communications
• develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel
• analyze business data and collaborate on KPIs and reporting requirements
• support Microsoft 365 and business applications
• coordinate with external IT providers and vendors
• maintain documentation and follow security procedures.
