What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance technicians
• install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems
• maintain facility infrastructure
• administer preventive maintenance
• maintain work orders, equipment histories, and inventory
• coordinate contractors and service providers
• ensure OSHA, LOTO, environmental, and company safety compliance
• perform maintenance trades as needed
• investigate failures and implement corrective actions
• respond to equipment emergencies and coordinate after-hours repairs when necessary.
