Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Specialist role is onsite in Provo, UT, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. The stated pay range is $21–$22 per hour. FDS Distributors supports Trex’s fencing line as a development and distribution partner. The specialist responds to customer inquiries, prepares quotes, processes orders, and follows up on requests while supporting outside sales. The role also books warm leads and schedules sales appointments, helping maintain customer relationships and support business development.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• provide product information, build quotes, and process orders
• review project plans and specifications for pricing
• follow up on requests and quotes
• book warm leads and schedule sales appointments
• maintain account relationships
• investigate product claims
• record interactions in the CRM
• support field representatives.
