Chief Building Engineer

Job overview

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance operations and staff
• maintain building systems and property condition
• inspect tenant and public spaces and retain inspection reports
• coordinate with management, leasing, and project teams
• order materials and complete assignments on schedule
• work within expense plans and assist with capital budgeting
• oversee repairs and maintenance
• address work problems
• coach, train, and evaluate staff
• support OSHA and applicable regulatory compliance.
