What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, resident trust funds, and assigned business functions
• supervise business office staff
• conduct collections and account reconciliations
• coordinate Medicare and Medicaid processes and appeals
• prepare deposits and maintain resident trust accounts
• communicate with the Administrator and corporate personnel
• maintain files and reports
• support resident and family inquiries while protecting confidentiality.
