Field Service Engineer, Automation Industry

The Field Service Engineer, Automation Industry role is based in Morrison, CO, with work performed onsite at customer project locations and extensive travel across North America; there is no office to report to. Starting salary is $60,000–$75,000 per year. ProAutomated partners with system integrators and manufacturers to help ensure automation systems work as intended. The role supports automation projects through startup, checkout, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting at customer sites. It helps project teams validate system operation and keep work progressing through clear communication with customers and collaborators.

What you'll do

• Support data center startups with onsite mechanical, electrical, and control checks
• lead startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems
• partner with automation and controls engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate systems onsite
• communicate updates to customers and project teams.
