What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance by phone or email
• support Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, MS365/O365, network printers, LAN/Wi-Fi/AP, and basic Azure/cloud environments
• manage Zendesk or similar helpdesk tickets and follow up with users
• maintain and create technical documents
• install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware
• communicate with vendors and manufacturers
• provide remote user support
• plan and conduct user training at the client site.
