What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests
• prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages
• recommend drinks and answer questions
• verify identification and follow alcohol-service laws
• monitor consumption and serve responsibly
• process payments
• stock and clean the bar
• complete opening, closing, and restocking tasks
• follow recipes, portion standards, food safety, and sanitation requirements
• coordinate with servers and kitchen staff.
