Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead maintenance staff performing inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs, including on injection molding machines
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues using schematics, blueprints and technical manuals
• manage work orders and maintenance records
• coordinate work with production and engineering
• install or repair wiring, components, piping, machinery and equipment
• maintain calibration and downtime records
• train and mentor staff
• supervise compliance with safety and housekeeping procedures.
