What you'll do

• Administer ERP systems and connected applications
• manage configuration, user access, troubleshooting, and operational support
• monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and integrations
• develop and maintain operational and financial reporting
• support integrations and database maintenance
• investigate data issues
• translate finance workflows into system configuration
• document processes and procedures
• identify improvements
• contribute to upgrades, automation, and enhancements
• coordinate with IT resources, contractors, and vendors.

Why this role
