What you'll do

• Lead and guide department associates
• oversee parts orders, returns, inventory counts, and stock quality
• manage service performance and customer issues
• maintain vendor relationships and vendor profit-and-loss records
• support staffing, orientation, training, and scheduling
• maintain shop certifications
• and oversee the parts room and department facility needs. Shifts may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
