Group Exercise Instructor – Pilates

The Group Exercise Instructor – Pilates role is onsite in Malden, MA. Compensation is $26–$32 per hour. The position supports the YMCA’s work to strengthen community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The instructor leads safe, welcoming Pilates group classes and adapts instruction to participants’ varied abilities, health conditions, and cultural needs. The role also helps participants pursue wellness goals, builds community among class members, and maintains attendance records.

Why this role
