What you'll do

• Lead and guide team members
• delegate assignments, monitor progress, and check quality
• measure hard points and 3D laser-scan data for components and complete vehicles using a Coordinate Measuring Machine arm
• report status to customers, supervisors, and team members
• interpret technical dimensional documents
• troubleshoot CMM software and hardware
• prepare dimensional analysis results
• coordinate customer issue resolution
• track attendance, scheduling, tool calibration, and timecards
• manage employee conflicts, safety incidents, and emergencies.
