• Process member financial transactions and balance cash drawers, dispensers, or recyclers
• assist with account maintenance after verifying identity and account details
• build member relationships
• use the customer relationship management platform to track interactions and make appropriate referrals
• stay informed about products, services, and promotions
• comply with policies and regulatory requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
