What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health, educational, and environmental needs
• document assessments and care plans
• communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
• administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids
• notify physicians about changes in condition
• monitor care delivery
• assist with resident activities of daily living
• and use the quality assurance and performance improvement process to address care issues.
