What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule hourly maintenance personnel, including overtime and on-call coverage
• coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and facility systems
• manage work orders, spare parts, inventory, and CMMS activities
• support equipment installation and commissioning
• coordinate contractors and facility projects
• drive downtime reduction and reliability
• ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance
• lead and develop the maintenance team.
