What you'll do

• Answer, screen, and triage incoming calls
• assess needs and route inquiries
• provide information about services and eligibility
• schedule and confirm appointments for HIV Services eligibility, case management, and health insurance enrollment
• document interactions and maintain accurate records
• coordinate with the Eligibility Supervisor, HIV Services team, and community partners.
