The Therapist and Clinical Consultant role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, with in-home and/or telehealth treatment services for clients; compensation is $60,000–$68,000 per year. What you'll do

• Provide individual psychotherapy and diagnostic assessments
• engage clients in treatment goals and complete treatment documentation
• facilitate groups as needed
• communicate with clients, caregivers, and service professionals
• provide clinical supervision to service coordinators
• conduct quality assurance monitoring and electronic file reviews
• review resident records, training, outreach, wellness, and partnership documentation
• identify documentation gaps and support corrective actions
• provide field instruction or training supervision as needed.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling and current, unrestricted Ohio licensure as an LISW, LPCC, LISW-S, or LPCC-S. Three years of social service experience is preferred. Local travel and access to a personal vehicle are required.
