What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment and cleaning supplies
• wash, sanitize, and dry kitchen utensils and equipment
• restock items
• maintain dishwashing machinery and report issues
• monitor cleaning supplies
• assist with back-of-house and restroom cleanliness
• and follow safety and sanitation procedures. Weekend availability is required.
