Job overview
The Warehouse Management Trainee role is an onsite position located in Bristol, WI. Compensation is $26 to $32 per hour, and this role supports the Kenosha branch of Uline, a leading distributor of shipping and packaging materials. This role exists to develop future leaders through an 18-month rotational program. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, to ensure safety, accuracy, and performance.
What you'll do
- Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program.
- Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams.
- Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold safety and performance.
- Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications.
