What you'll do

• Define the implementation services operating model, offerings, engagement structure, delivery methodology, governance, and handoffs
• establish standards for scoping, estimation, staffing, change control, and project close-out
• partner on implementation budgets and statements of work
• review scope and pricing for large or complex deals
• lead and escalate complex enterprise deployments
• guide solution design, integrations, data migration, and change management
• hire and develop the team
• coach delivery leads and consultants
• engage customer executives and provide feedback to company leadership.
