What you'll do

• Lead commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff to closeout
• develop schedules, resource plans, and manpower forecasts
• track budgets and project performance
• coordinate procurement
• communicate with clients, consultants, vendors, and trade partners
• review plans and contracts
• manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• address project risks and delays
• monitor subcontractor performance
• promote safe work practices
• oversee commissioning and closeout.
