What you'll do

• Map the whole-product journey across technical backends and web and mobile interfaces
• own and evolve a scalable design system with tokens, Figma variables, component behavior documentation, and design-to-code mappings
• maintain brand implementation across digital products
• translate product requirements and technical constraints into wireframes and high-fidelity designs
• prototype and test ideas, including use of AI tools in the design workflow
• conduct user research and usability testing
• design for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
• collaborate with engineers and product managers.
